Vinarius, the Italian Association of Wine Bars. was founded in 1981, with the aim of promoting and valorising the wine bar as a place for the specialized sale of quality wine, whilst underlining the professionality and knowledge of the wine specialist and the world surrounding him. Today, over one hundred “enoteche” in Italy are associated with Vinarius, including a number of wine bars throughout the world specializing in the sale of Italian wines. Gianni Anelli has been the Honorary President since 2011.
Associazione Enotecari Professionisti Italiani is an association created for those who work in the world of wine either through wine shops or as freelance professionals, with the aim of safeguarding the profession and valorising ita s it should be. This association has created a professional register with the aim of constantly updating the professional figure via the appropriate technical, professional and cultural means, allowing them to carry out their role as competently as possible whilst ensuring a high-quality service for the client. In our Enoteca we are pleased to offer the professional services of Gianni and Chiara Anelli.
Tasting Events
Our passion for wine is expressed as the relationship between Man and Nature, an ancient and complex tie that manifests itself best in the lively wine tasting evenings organized by the Enoteca. In collaboration with the most established and prestigious producers on the national and international scene, we organize friendly and educational events where it is possible to combine delicious gastronomic specialities. The participants are guided along a stimulating pathway which mixes culture and entertainment, in an atmosphere where it is possible to fully express the genuine emotions in a moment of condivision and congregation that only wine can produce.
